Privacy Policy
Data we collect
We collect your email address and name when you create an account (via Clerk). We store the scores you upload, the ABC notation we extract, and your agent conversation history. We collect usage data (scan count, agent turns) for quota management.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service: scanning your scores, running the agent, maintaining your library. We do not use your scores to train machine-learning models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third parties
Authentication is handled by Clerk. Payments are handled by Stripe. Score processing and agent services run on isolated servers operated by us. We share only the minimum data each provider needs to function.
Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted tunes are archived for 30 days before permanent deletion. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data from Settings → Account. For requests beyond what the UI supports, email us at privacy@jamready.app.
