Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using JamReady you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of service
JamReady is provided for personal and professional music practice and arrangement. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe copyright in scores you do not have the right to reproduce.
3. User content
You retain all rights to the scores you upload. By uploading, you grant JamReady a limited license to process and store the score for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not train machine-learning models on your scores.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. Unused scan quota does not roll over. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to JamReady at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
JamReady is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
